1330 Boylston

This place is great especially for people working at any of the hospitals in Longwood. There is everything you need in the neighborhood (two grocery stores, lots of cafes, restaurants, and workout options. Personally, the restaurants are mediocre but you’re not far from Back Bay and Brookline (there are better restaurants there). The noise level is fine - it does get loud whenever there is a Sox game or concert. I would say it’s normal city level noise. If you don’t like a busy neighborhood, this is not for you! The staff is exceptional all around - from leasing office to maintenance staff.

Just moved out after living here for 9 years, and I can't recommend it enough! The staff is universally excellent, from leasing to concierge to maintenance. They're great people to deal with, who are clearly invested in making 1330 and Fenway in general feel like home. The building itself is also nice, with large floor plans, an extra foot of ceiling height, and a pool.

Update to review.We have now been in the building 10 years. John at reception and Felix in maintenance continue to exceed expectations. My wife and I have been in this building for almost 5 years. The improvements have been very noticeable. John the lead concierge and his team have been great. Alissa,Kathryne as management and their team Sheila and Devon great. Maintenance has become very responsive and incredibly helpful. Strongly recommend. Samuels management doing a great job. Marc B
