I've stayed here for the entire month of September, and it's been nothing short of amazing. The staff are extremely friendly, and whenever I need something fixed they fix it very quickly. I am super comfortable here and recommend it to anyone who wants a great place to stay in Providence!
Edit: After talking with the building manager, most of my concerns have been addressed. A few things are still worth pointing out: 1. Amazon Direct does not deliver to this location, which is also the case for many nearby buildings. Amazon packages are instead handled by USPS or UPS, so don’t expect 1–2 day Prime delivery. The local post office is currently receiving a high volume of packages, which has caused additional delays. I’ll update this if delivery improves after the move-in rush. 2. Noise from Thayer Street can still be a problem, especially during the weekends.
I love the environment here! The people and staff are all so kind and welcoming. Mikey especially has been very helpful, kind, and always willing to assist whenever needed.
