I had the extreme pleasure of working with this amazing company. Tracie Tormasi was the agent we worked with, and our satisfaction level was way beyond our expectations. Let’s just say we were looking for a future office building and Tracie listened carefully for what type of office building we were looking for. In a matter of a couple weeks we found exactly what we were looking for and closed the following month. Tracie was always hands on and made the buying side of it a pleasurable experience. I would definitely use Tracie again for any commercial or residential agent.
Tracie assisted us with our recent purchase of a local business. She was wonderful and attentive to all our questions/requests throughout the entire process. We recommend 3CRE!
I approached Tracy about selling my business. Tracy was very thorough and informative about the process of selling. From the start we felt comfortable and confident that we picked the right person for the job. It only took about 2 months to close on the business for close to asking price. I would highly recommend Tracy and 3CRE for any of your commercial real estate needs.
