400 Market Flats has been the perfect place to live at in Philly! The staff, amenities, and design makes you feel right at home. The roof top is a perfect place to relax and take in the best views of Philly too.
if you were here in may/june, you would've dealt with so much early morning construction noise. The building is finished now, looks great, and the rooms are all well put together
