Craig came over and did a great job repairing everything in the apt and the management is growing on me very helpful Thanks
I have been trying for weeks to get assistance with correcting my bill, and nothing has been resolved. The manager and front office staff do not seem to understand how to address the issue, and I keep being told someone will call me back. I have not received a single call.I am a patient, respectful, and reliable tenant, but I should not be overcharged or ignored when I am simply asking for my bill to be corrected.
