Very polite and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the issue with my stovetop within a few minutes. Also very reasonable. Highly recommend.
Eugene did a great job fixing our built-in in microwave saving us 4K in potential replacement of the combo microwave/oven unit. Very professional and courteous. Great communication from their dispatch regarding scheduling and show times. Will use them again.
Was told it was $85 for the service call and if service was needed, the $85 went toward repairs. He was here for 5 minutes, tightened a bolt and then told me $165. I told him what was told to me and no parts were needed. $165. Really?!
