Overpriced closets. Will charge you obscene cleaning and move out fees. My unit did not have hot water for 2 months during the winter and was reimbursed 100 dollars. Stay away.
Only one roommate of 4 was stuck with all the cleaning charges (some of which did come from the shared spaces) and office refuses to help solve the problem. Apartments are overpriced because it’s close to campus. Don’t confuse the high price for high quality. You’re not getting what you pay for here service wise.
Don’t go here. Not worth it for the money at all. Hallways and elevators were disgusting and was such a hassle throughout my stay. Putting this one in w Granite apartments.
