Ion Town Center Apartments

I toured ion the other day and the staff was very helpful and answering my questions. The parking around there doesn’t seem quite feasible for me. Looks like a nice building design though.

I've lived at ION Town Center for a few months now and it's been a solid experience. The apartment itself is modern and well-kept, and the building amenities are a nice bonus for everyday life. The location in Shoreline is convenient — easy access to major roads and close to grocery stores and cafes. The staff has always been friendly and quick to respond to maintenance requests. Overall, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to settle in the area

Unfortunately, reviews are true. Everything is fairly new, low quality of floors, walls, doors, basically "no soundproof" which makes it difficult at nighttime or early hours, good luck if you want to sleep a restless night, you will hear all your neighbors walking from everywhere or the washing machine at late night, and if they cook regularly and butcher on their counter, walls will shake. Apart that all the material is new, but low quality like a card box. I even regret my old apartment almost never noticed noise from my neighbors. Always double check before any consideration.
