I have been a resident of this property for about three years and generally enjoyed my experience up until recently. I am extremely disappointed with the property manager’s poor response and lack of urgency/nonchalance to a serious pest and sanitation issue at Lakeside Villas. I returned home from work travel on September 18 and discovered a significant maggot infestation in the common breezeway outside my apartment. I immediately reported the issue and requested maintenance and professional pest control.
I really do appreciate the brief conversation I had with Ms. Jamé she made sure that my needs were met and my situation was handled in a timely manner with great care and a positive attitude, I am looking forward to my tour.
