Modica is a great manager; she always helps everyone. The apartments are nice, beautiful, and cheap because everything is already in place.

Here in these apartments, they come to fix things and then they're back to normal. We already reported the refrigerator; the guy said it was fixed, and the next week it broke and all the food rotted. And in the bathroom, the water faucet doesn't work. They're pretty bad, they look nice and all, but they don't deserve respect. 🥱
