My rating of 5 stars is purely due to the help of Ryan Garcia. Although the rest of the SG staff is kind, there are some clear communication issues. My apartment was supposed to be move in ready by 08/01, but things were nowhere near ready. We were not even given our keys, making things harder. Ryan Garcia was however extremely helpful and doing whatever he could to ensure our time wasn't wasted. He resolved my issue in less than 3 hours and was very patient as I voiced my issues.
Ryan Garcia at SG Real Estate helped me resolve a technical issue regarding apartment access authorization. The way he communicated and solved the problem was very professional. I hope to have this kind of experience throughout the rest of my lease period.
SG Real Estate is a good owner of the Stranda Bilding; it takes care of the tenant when necessary and does it very fast. Its employees are very friendly and nice and take their responsibility seriously. Recently my dichwasher mashine didn't work properly and immediately I got a technician for evaluation who suggested to replace the machine and after very short time I got the new one. That this could happen smoothly, I owe Ann Penafiel The Maintenance Coordinator and Efrain the Mantenance Technician of the Company.
