The Grove at San Marcos

Lived here for two years, when moving in my bathroom floor was covered in brown dust. I dealt with 2 mice, one in the kitchen and one in my room. AC would go out frequently. Only good thing was maintenance was quick. Charged for damages after move out and has been dodging my emails for months when I asked for picture proof of said damages.

This is the worst apartment I have ever experienced in my life. Do NOT move here. These buildings and appliances are extremely old, mold and roach infested, and DIRTY. Apartment was not cleaned at all upon move in, had someone’s old gum stuck on my room wall, toilet didn’t even flush, old food stuck at the bottom of our dishwasher, laundry room full of dust and lint, the list goes on. They don’t fix the mold problem they just paint over it & call it a day. Charged me & my roommates $450 after moving out when the apartment was in the same exact condition we got it in.

Property office will not answer the phone. Nor will they return calls from voice mail message.
