PLEASE READ!!! Please don't move at this complex. I just seen them on Fox 8 morning news 10/8/25. The tenants have been living at this apartment complex without water & AC for weeks & can't contact management. These people are living in deplorable conditions. Please google news article to see for yourself. This is WRONG.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The Maxwell has some of the worst management I’ve ever dealt with. We’ve been without water and a/c for TWO WEEKS, and somehow they still expect us to pay full rent like nothing’s wrong. No running water means no shower, no cooking, no flushing toilets — and no answers. Management lied and said it was a gas leak, but it turns out it was a billing issue, and I even watched the water company come out and pull the meter from the ground. That’s how bad it is.
If a negative was possible I would rate it negative 5 stars bc we have been out of water and no air conditioning going on 3 days now no one is available no one answers the phone and I have small children I have had to stay in a hotel just to protect my kids this is ridiculous
