The most bang for your buck in Oxford! So close to campus, affordable, great maintenance, and helpful staff. Communication with staff over the phone is tricky, they are better about emailing. They have bike storage below the stairs in each breezeway which has been really convenient. You'll need to call maintenance often but they show up within 12-24 hours of your request and solve the issue quickly and are super pleasant. Would recommend this complex to anyone!
Had a small issue with an insurance change. Called the Verge concerning the issue and spoke with Kameron, Resident Services Manager. He was patient, helped walk me through what to do, even sent an email to help guide me. I completed that process and my issue was resolved. Kameron even followed up with me to let me know it had been resolved and to see if I needed any further help. Great customer service. Thank you Kameron and the Verge.
Truly the worst.
