The staff is so nice and caring!!
Extremely Unprofessional Management! Still Waiting for My $2,775 Prorated Rent Refund After 2 Months! If I could give University House zero stars, I would. I transferred from University House to Piedmont Tempe, both operated by The Scion Group, because of continuous issues with the community. Unfortunately, the management has been an even bigger headache. It's been OVER TWO MONTHS, and I am still chasing my refund of approximately $2,775 in prorated rent that I paid when I signed the lease.
I've had a great experience here, not sure why there are so many complaints. Every issue I've had has been addressed quickly. Deja has been incredibly helpful during my time here. Thank you!
